We want you to love your Splashie Threads purchase! If there’s any issue, we’re here to help.

✔ Returns/Exchanges
• Only manufacturing defects are eligible for return/exchange.
• Please share an unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery.
• No exchanges for used/washed/colored items.
• Size exchanges allowed only if the product is unused and uncolored, and you inform us within 48 hours.

✔ Refunds
Refunds are given only if the product is damaged or wrong at delivery (with proof).
Otherwise, we provide store credit.
